I went in fully prepared for some sneaky extra cost to jump out at the end, but thankfully, no drama. The prices felt fair — not suspiciously cheap, just honest and reasonable. that alone makes me feel like I’d buy from them again

I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged them about it. They got back to me quickly and literally sorted everything out without making it a whole big deal. Really happy with how it turned out, and I’d definitely order again.

I think it showed up last Thursday, or maybe Friday, but the box was a little banged up when it got here. Luckily the wood piece inside was totally fine. Still, I’d definitely suggest adding a bit more padding next time just to be safe.

I had a really hard time getting this installed. The instructions confused me more than I expected, and I felt kind of embarrassed because I thought it would be simple. Some of the parts didn’t seem to line up right, so I kept second-guessing what I was doing.

It looks nice at first glance, especially from across the room, but up close I noticed the wood edges were kind of rough and the finish felt a bit uneven. I got this as a gift it’s cute. I’m personally more into gifts that feel a bit more substantial, so the size threw me off a little at first. Still, it’s a sweet little idea and I can see why someone would pick it out.

The site just feels kind of messy to me? It’s not the easiest to look at, and the overall design comes off a little cheap.

That said, the product itself was good, and it was packed well when it arrived. I’d probably order from them again, just not if I needed something super fast...

After that, I kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on, and every time it felt like I was being passed from one person to another without anyone actually taking ownership of the problem. Even after all the back and forth, the replacement still didn’t seem to be handled properly, which was really frustrating. I don’t mind waiting a little if things are being dealt with, but this just felt disorganized and unnecessarily drawn out. it wasn’t a good experience, and I wouldn’t be in a rush to order from them again.
